ADDITIONAL MEASURES DUE TO CORONA VIRUS
All goods returned for refund or exchange will be placed in a 3 weeks quarantine. Returned goods will be inspected after quarantine only.
All exchanges will be processed through issuing a refund & a new purchase to avoid a delay.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order. Cancellations are accepted until the order is sent out. There are no cancellation fees if we didn’t start working on it.
In case the item has already been prepared and packed you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Contact us within 3 days and send items back within 7 days from a delivery date.
- Must be sent back with a delivery tracking number and an order number to qualify for a refund
- Must be in original condition (not worn, not perfumed, not washed, etc.)
- All postage is at your expense
- All returns/exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee (80% of goods cost will be refunded)
We don't accept returns for:
- Custom made or personalized items
- Items on sale
- Shipping expenses
All returned dresses are subject to our inspection. We reserve the right to deny an exchange or a refund based on the item condition. The refund amount might be decreased depending on the item condition.
Refunds or exchanges are given within 5 working days after the item is received by the seller.
In case there is a mistake on our part (wrong colour/size sent) exchanges/returns will be accepted during 14 days following the delivery date. The items must be sent back within this time frame.
It is buyer’s responsibility to choose the right size.
Please note - the age is for reference only, please check item measurements in a size chart to pick the right size. Detailed size charts are published in listings as an image or as a part of item’s description.
Feel free to send us chest, waist and full height measurements (from top of the head to floor) if you need our assistance with sizing.
Please use “Fabric swatches” listing in “Extras” section to buy fabric samples.
We know how hard it can be to choose a color online. Monitors may vary so a live color may not look exactly as on your screen. That is the reason why we are always ready to send swatches on request.
If you are unsure what color you need please purchase swatches first. This way there will be no surprises when you receive your order. We are not responsible for your choice if you decide to make a purchase without buying swatches and are not happy with colours.
Please note that items’ color may vary depending on fabric batch used. See “Multiple orders” section.
Processing time is the time required to prepare an order which is set for each listing. Express delivery does not speed up the processing time.
If you buy several items with different processing times the maximum of those will be your order processing time.
Please note, in some cases this interval can be extended. Please read shop announcements and item descriptions carefully to not miss any important information.

All orders are shipped with Australia Post with a shipping method picked at checkout. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
The standard delivery time estimate (not including processing time):
DOMESTIC ORDERS (Australia) – approx. 3-4 business days.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - generally up to 3 weeks to arrive, but occasionally slightly longer (4-5 weeks).
Express delivery is available through the checkout (~7 days).
Occasionally, there may be some delivery delays due to holidays, Post office or Customs operations, or any other reasons beyond our control.
Please note we can only guarantee the processing time but not post/customs service performance, which means we are not responsible for any delivery delays.
DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED
Please note we are not responsible for parcels that are marked as delivered but not received by you. Here are some useful tips:
- Double check the address in your order.
- Ask everyone who lives/works at delivery address if they received the postage.
- Call a post office for assistance with tracking down your package. Post offices usually have information about a person who receives and signs it. They can only do it if you added a signature on delivery to your order or chose an express delivery.
Please make sure that your shipping address is correct. An item will not be refunded if lost in transit or delivered to a wrong address.
If the order is returned due to an incorrect address you will be required to re-purchase the shipping.
We are not responsible for a lost order due to the incorrect address. In this unlikely scenario you may wish to contact a post service to start a lost parcel investigation.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to bad customs performance.
Duties charged to recipients of international mail items are determined by the destination country. Because we have no control over these charges we are unable to advise what duties may apply. Contact your country customs service to enquire.
If you are planning to order several dresses for the same event and would like all dresses to be made of the same fabric lot please order all dresses together. Otherwise we cannot guarantee a perfect color match.
As an option, you can leave your bride name and the total number of dresses in a “Note to seller” during a checkout.
- When you receive your dress, it may be wrinkled due to shipping. As for any new clothes we recommend washing a dress before using. Hand wash or gentle mode machine wash works perfectly. Dress can be ironed on low temperature to remove wrinkles. A steamer will work perfectly as well.
- All tutu dresses with feather decoration must be spot cleaned only. Do not put the dress in a dryer.
- Many of our dresses are easy to be altered. If you need to alter the dress in the chest/waist you don't need to cut it, just fold some cloth inside on each side (left and right) and sew it. You can easily do it yourself.
- To make the sash stay in place we recommend tacking the sash with a couple of stitches in a few places. As an option, you can use double sided sticky tape.
We use your information to fulfill your order, to settle disputes and to provide customer support.
We use order details to proceed and send orders using third-party post services. The order email address will be added to our mailing list and used to send you information about new items, special offers, and other news and deals. You will be able to unsubscribe from our letters.
If we sell or merge my business, we may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.

Some products may contain small parts which can pose a choking hazard. Dresses, embellishments, and accessories may be potential hazards for children. Never leave your child unattended in our products.
